Halftide
Every other screen-time app is a lock and a lecture. Halftide puts one breath between you and the app you didn't mean to open — then gets out of the way.
One email, when it's ready. Not a newsletter. No sharing, no selling.
You reach for the app. You didn't decide to. It's a reflex, and reflexes are faster than intentions.
Halftide opens first. One breath. A few seconds of nothing. No password, no lock screen, no timer counting down at you.
Then you choose. Go in, or don't. Either one is fine. Halftide doesn't keep score against you, because the point was never obedience — it was the half-second where you get to be the one deciding.
Halftide isn't in the App Store yet. It's being built right now, by one person, and I'd rather tell you that than run a countdown timer at you.
Leave an email and you'll get exactly one message — the day there's something real to open.
